Please note that comments submitted as part of this pre-application consultation are made to the applicant only and are not passed directly to the Local Planning Authority. There will be an opportunity to make formal representations to Glasgow City Council when the planning application is made.
Following the period for submitting comments, Riverfront Property Limited Partnership will review all feedback received and consider whether any changes to the proposals should be made in advance of submitting the planning application to Glasgow City Council.
A Pre-Application Consultation Report will be prepared and submitted to the Glasgow City Council with the planning application. This report will detail the public consultation activity undertaken by Riverfront Property Limited Partnership and provide a summary of all feedback received and how this has influenced the final detail of the proposals.
